Introducing Lucy

This Is My Good Friend Lucy

Lucy also agreed to take part in my Ethnography research and as she lives about an hour away in the countryside we have been communicating via facebook and texting.

Lucy is 23 and lives in West Sussex with her parents in the pub they own. She makes a living selling technology packages over the phone. Her ambition is to save up and be able to move out on her own again which she has done before. Lucy loves to go out and socialise with friends but says it is hard because she lives in a location which is difficult to get to and from. She has 293 friends on facebook and treats her friends like her family. Her friends and her family are the most important things in her life.

Lucy enjoys going out to resturants and clubbing and will go as much as she can. She often threw parties when she lived on her own in a town near by and always makes an effort to go to any events shes invited to. Other things she enjoys includes girly dvds, concerts and BBQ's.



She does enjoy shopping but will mostly shop online for clothing as it is sometimes hard for her to get to the local town. She wears alot of black clothing and loves her high heels and long skirts. She always makes an effort when going out and often straightens her hair. When shes out she enjoys drinking white wine and vodka and orange juice.



One of her favourite things to do is take photos when shes out and about with friends and family. She says if she had the time she would do a photography course at college. She has loads of photos around her room in frames and different style holders. The only thing is she doesn't like people taking photos of her unless its of her face.....and yes she has a particualr side!
